Avoca Rugby Club – Senior Grades has long been a cornerstone of the Avoca community, built on pride, connection and a deep commitment to local rugby. With a strong and seamless pathway from our thriving junior program, many of our senior players are homegrown—kids who grew up in green and gold and now pull on the jersey in women’s, or men’s grades. This connection between juniors and seniors is at the heart of who we are, creating a united club culture that values development, loyalty and community.

Avoca fields all three men’s grades and highly competitive senior women’s team that has become one of the strongest on the Central Coast. The club enjoyed a remarkable period of dominance between 2003 and 2013, consistently setting the benchmark for success and showcasing the talent and depth within the program.
Over the years we have proudly produced numerous Central Coast and NSW Country representatives across men’s, women’s and colts teams—highlighting the quality of our coaching, development systems and player culture.
